Reid called the meeting to order.
The treasurers report was reviewed. A motion was made by Bess to accept the treasurer's report as presented. Seconded by Rod Snow.
The secretary's report was reviewed. A motion was made by and seconded by

Reid discussed a mass mailer to be sent in the upcoming months. We had good response on the first mailer sent.
The board discussed the Distinguished Alumni Award nominees. Vince made a motion to accept the Dike Eddleman, Roland Burris, William Norwood, James Brady, Paul
Carpenter, and Stephen Francois. Discussion was held to offer the individuals to accept this year or next year to improve honoree attendance. The motion was seconded by Wes and the motion carried.
The board discussed plans for the Distinguished Alumni Award ceremony and festivities. The event will coincide with the weekend of the Fall Festival/Halloween Parade. Having the winner speak at a School Assembly Friday afternoon was discussed.
A dinner at 6 PM possibly to be held at the Centralia Historical Museum was discussed. Invites to dignitaries, city officials and family of the award winners was recommended and having Sherri Neff cater was going to be investigated by Reid.
The meeting was adjourned.
